After the farmer confirms (or 72h pass), the provider gets the price minus the 10% platform fee.
Not happy with the work? You have two options:
Goes straight to the provider
Tell the provider what needs fixing. They check the work, fix it and resubmit — then you confirm again. Your payment stays on hold the whole time.
Goes to a Kheti Sehat coordinator
A coordinator calls you and the provider, hears both sides, and decides a fair split — full refund, partial refund, or full payment to the provider.
